Send within 3 days ( Week End ) ,posted from Nanjing, China on Monday the small parcell is in my mailbox in SW France the next Monday …

Neat package in a cardboard box, some Chinese press around …

The 47mm APX AT gun:
best Anti Tank gun in the early in the war, this piece was used by the Divisional Anti tank Batteries of the French army in 1940.
the barrel is 5 parts (lookout, shield, gun barrel and 2 wheels).

picture

rightness of proportion, detail and fine engraving, molding resin quality, what more?

picture

stunning model …

as a bonus, two ammunition boxes, one closed, the other open. Conform to the model used for 47mm ammunition, even in the smallest details.

the model is virtually identical in size to the one produced by MadBob Miniatures:

price: $ 12

The Lorraine 37L
The Lorraine 37L is a tank refueling tractor.
The model is in five parts (2 tracks, body ,light and trailer hook). Everything fits together …

The various shackles, tools, position lights, everything is there …

2 cans and 4 boxes of shells complete the kit.
I'd just 2 minor complaints:
no fuel trailer
oversized rivets, but it is a chronic disease of many models wargame …
the model is virtually identical in size to the one produced by MadBob Miniatures:

Price: $ 16

The Lorraine 37L tank destroyer
Nice idea to mix the two to produce the mythical and mysterious Lorraine 37L tank destroyer. this vehicle exist some photos,( made by the German after the fall of France ), and, to date no serious information on its origin, and its use.

this is just a "conversion kit" in five parts to adapt the model of Lorraine (modified gun carriage, gun shield, gun barrel and mount ).
Same quality as the 47mm APX, bonus : 2 boxes of ammunition …

price: $ 8

I got mine yesterday, in NY City, too. Terrific models, down to the detail on the bottom surface of the Lorraine's hull.

Some great looking models there. And it seems the service was quite good too.

You mention some of the detail issues on the Lorraine. But you did not mention any concern about the AT gun …

From my information the SA37 47mm AT gun had pressed metal wheels (as shown in your picture of the MadBob model). I have not seen any information of the APX gun being built with spoked wheels (as shown in your pictures of the Neucraft model).

Please correct me if I am mistaken – I will certainly defer to the superior sources available to a historical modeler in France!

Mark 1 , i had made the same mistake opening the box … the pressed metal wheels can be seen on a lot of SA37 47mm AT gun .

Then i remenbered of the SA37 47mm AT gun in Saumur museum , asked to some historians …

picture

It's the same as for the 75 M1897 modified with pneumatic wheels … there were different models ordered by the army …
