We have had I think 3 event cancellations so far.
As far as "have we filled those time slots"… if that is your question, no GM's have stepped up for those time slots, table size and hours run. It isn't easy to drop an event and then plop another in there… the GM must need the same size table for the same length of time and then there is other work to do too. Dan |

Dan, Thanks for the quick response. I'm a member from Ohio and thinking of attending. I ran an event during Advance the Colors that required 4-5 hours and a medium sized table. Not sure if that could fit into one of the cancelled time slots/size. If yes, I would be interested in the "…other work to do."
