I found and bought a copy of this today. It is just the rules, not the figures, templates or anything. I've never played it before but it looks pretty neat and would give me something else to do with my DzC Resistance army figs, and more motivation to finish painting them.

It looks pretty intense, as far as the rules go, the whole 90 page booklet seems to be full of rules with fluff interspersed, except for the last 10 pages.

I'll probably bring it to Fall In with me after making some counters. Anyone that played it before up for a game and want to show me how it works?

Great game! And I've got the very first set of the IronHeart Artizans roads sitting beside me, and they are lovely. The only thing I didn't like about DF was the bendy cardboard roads. the game is nicely expandable, from a simple chase all the way up to a full-blown campaign w/ pedestrians, news helicopters, and competing outlaw gangs and agencies fighting to get sponsorship and media attention!

I had a copy of the game myself years ago. Still have some of the road pieces.

Fun game!
Yes you want to upgrade your roads.

I'm jealous! I've always wanted a copy of this game.

Come to Fall In. We can play it there.

I'm going to use the 10mm Resistance stuff from DzC.

I figure those look appropriately apocalyptic enough.

Do you think those roads will work for smaller vehicles?

The Ironheart Artisans roads are awesome!

Auroch Digital is still working on the development and release of Dark Future: Blood Red States. Links regarding the game are presented below.

The 26 MB+ Adobe Acrobat file of the Dark Future rules was available for no-cost downloading on the Games Workshop Web site for several years. My friend Francis Greenaway created the document, including the core rulebook, the supplement White Line Fever, and all of the Dark Future articles from White Dwarf. Unfortunately, the file is no longer available from Games Workshop.
