Following on from last weekends post I have painted another dozen of the International Brigade figures from Northstar.

These really are a joy to paint. I'm on my holidays for a week now, but when I return I shall be painting a few more.

As usual, more images and commentary on Scrivsland

Very nice as usual Scrivs. I like the variety of headgear on those figures.

Curiously, do you usually base LMG teams with 2 figs? I'm going to do my ww2 leaders on slightly large bases as you suggest.

Thank you. I now like to base my crew served weapon as a team, it helps a a reminder that the second crewman does not get a shot of his own.

Such a great use of colour, light and shadow. Oh and the photography too!
