Help. I am looking for a Morris C8 cut-down which was used as the Prime Mover for 17pdr AT guns during Operation Market Garden. Revell made a Morris C8 but it is no longer in production. Does anyone know of a manufacturer who makes a Morris C8 cutdown in 20mm as I have been unable to find one up to now. Many thanks |

Many thanks Enfant Perdus – I had meant to add that I am already aware of the SHQ model, but was wondering if anyone else did one. |

Theres a Revell one on ebay now, considering it wasn't that long ago it was repopped I think this is your best bet, how many do you need? MMS Don't seem to make one, nor Milicast despite making the C9 SPAA and the Quad, which are basically the same thing. Maybe, dare i suggest it, Cromwell Models? S & S models might make one. Not relevant for Market Garden but 6th Airborne used Dodge weapons carriers in the same role during Varsity. I know its just not right, but it might make an interesting variation that you don't see every day. |
