Looking to see painted examples of these guys? I'm not sure if I need to invest in some or just use some left over Normans. Thanks, |

They look like Normans to me. The elite Machiterns anyway. The regular mounted fellows seem to have a round shield. At least the boys at Gripping Beast think so. link |

I have a few "light" cavalry with "Phrygian" caps instead of helmets. Otherwise they look "Norman" to me. My OG Normans have a mixture of kite, round and oblate shields…. |
