As the title suggests, i'm painting some Dutch Jagers for Quatre Bras, and I note they have British style water canteens. I've looked on the Mont St Jean website and the colour of these water canteens isn't clear

Would they be blue like British water canteens?

Thanks

They were supplied by Britain as you say and all the illustrations I have seen show them the same blue as those carried by the British Army (same goes for the Portuguese). What I cannot discover is whether they were marked up in the same way as the British water bottles so I have left mine blank.
