Do these not exist in 15mm? Everything I'm seeing is either earlier or later.

Try Essex's EMED range (Eastern Medieval). Not sure what the German/Hussite helmet (Sallet with open visor?) is from the photo but the Polish one looks fine for 14th century.

Skull cap or kettle hat wearing figures from earlier ranges would probably work too, especially if they have aketons and/or surcoats.
