I'm sorry if this has been asked before, but I did do a search. I'm looking for light RPG rules similar in depth to say D&D Basic/Expert rules and based on present day technologies (not WWII Weird War or Borderlands styles). I haven't played any Zombie games previously so I'm not even sure what's out there. I've downloaded the Zombies! Board game RPG conversion and the Outbreak: Undead startup guide. The former is a too light and the latter seems more detail heavy than what I'm looking for. I appreciate your attention and thanks in advance for your suggestions. |

GURPs lite might do. Free. Add on as much detail as you want. Create zombies as you see fit (rage, walkers, fantasy etc)

You might consider the free supplement to GASLIGHT. You can get Zombies by GASLIGHT from RPGNow. The GASLIGHT Compendium includes not only the GASLIGHT skirmish and big battles rules but a light role playing game. Combined you can do zombies but also a lot more. Buck Surdu

Savage Worlds has a Zombie Apocalypse expansion. Savage Worlds Explorer edition is cheap too. Heck you could do it with tha basic Savage Worlds. |
