Recurring bouts of Carpal Tunnel have finally convinced me the painting days are over. That this coincides with the near finish of my 10 year 2mm project is a bonus.

But there's still other projects I want to do ! A couple of months back I'm sure I saw Normans,Saxons and Vikings in printable form. They had a choice of outline, rectangle, white or high ink using black.A search on Wargames Vault has failed to turn them up.Pretty certain they were listed as 28mm.

Anyone any idea what I'm talking about ?

You might be thinking of Billy Bones Workshop Normans. They were quite nice. Looks like he closed up shop. His webpage seems to be just a place holder. billybonesworkshop.co.uk He still has a contact address listed but is no longer on WGV.

I suppose you mean these…

The Junior General site does have what you seek. There are some nice figures there. Plenty to choose from. Quality ranges from a little crude to quite nice.

Print'n play is a great way to go. I am almost ready to make a few sets of DBA armies that way

I think those are the very ones Joker. Had a feeling it was Billy Bones because last printable minis I looked at were his ECW. Shame he's shut up the shop, now I'll get neither.

Thanks for the quick replies fellas.

Wish I'd kept the Standard Games Battle of Hastings printed armies now,Oh well back to the JG page.

KodiakBlair,

Send me an e-mail at jacar AT johnshouse DOT org. I have a couple of files based on JG member Vance Cannell's Normans. It's not all you seek but they will get you started. Norman mounted knights with 12 per page and some armored spearmen at 24 per page. There are some nice archers to round everything out at the JG site.

Thanks very much for the kind offer John, I'll gladly take you up on it.
