A quick photo of my Fire Escape project for our Pulp Alley terrain. I always wanted to make one of these but had some big concerns about building it by scratch.

I designed this in ACAD and printed it with a nice Objet 3d printer which I get to play with once in awhile.

WIP – I just got some basecoats painted on, and I'm testing how it all fits before I glue it together ---

More to come!

Very cool. I'm guessing the building was from Dust--were the window frames 3-d printed as well?

Safety First!!! Or, is it Safety Third? I get those confused.

Out-STANDING!! Beautifully constructed. Correctly sized for bases. And…they look like authentic city fire escapes! A winner in every way! If you offer these you will open up a whole new dimension for city scenarios!

Thanks guys, glad you like it. I appreciate the support.

I made a few changes to the design and I'm printing a new version tonight.

More to come…

Here's the final print for my Pulp Alley Fire Escape project. I just couldn't resist making a few more changes.

This was printed in only four pieces (2 landings, 1 stairs, 1 ladder). I'll eventually glue it to the building, but that will be the only part that requires any glue ---

More to come…
