More likely 15th and some in the 16th century as they do not wear the Solak version of the Janissary head-gear. The painting of each group in uniform colours should not be taken as evidence. I though the Janissaries adopted firearms at the earliest opportunity so that would be suitable for the early C16th rather than late C16th or early C17th?
