I will try to get the vendor list up this weekend if not by Monday and also to Walt for the guide for your planning pleasure. A couple of new vendors and a returning favorite (Sgt Major is back). Looking forward to it. Trying to close with a few of the remaining vendors.

jefritrout08 Oct 2015 12:41 p.m. PST

Well, I have some things that I will pick up from Andy. Good to hear that his health is better.

Winston Smith08 Oct 2015 3:14 p.m. PST

Frontier "true 25mm" Askari.
Let me know if anyone will have it at flea market.

Eureka Jane Austen and Darcy miniatures.

A couple of Xyston galleys.
Some 28mm AWI for skirmishing
Some isolated Frostgrave stuff

Lee Brilleaux Fezian08 Oct 2015 8:34 p.m. PST

I'm planning on selling some Frostgrave-ish cold-weather ruins I've been building with Hirst Arts bricks.

TSD10108 Oct 2015 10:06 p.m. PST

Nothing from the dealer hall, but usually something catches my eye at the flea market. Cheap 15mm WW2 figs and terrain are always welcome.

TheKing3009 Oct 2015 3:30 a.m. PST

MDF terrain, Badger and Foundry paints (I know, fat chance on the paints).

general btsherman09 Oct 2015 6:46 a.m. PST

In the dealers hall, Battlefield Terrain Concepts will be getting a nice chunk of my cash as usual.

At the flea market I will be looking for painted 15mm SWY figures.

ViscountEric10 Oct 2015 8:14 a.m. PST

Restocking the painting bench.
Pulp Figures
Windsword Egyptian stuff for my daughter.
Paper terrain
Frostgrave
25mm late colonial
WFB goblins on the cheap

Whatever my 6-year old finds cool.

Bowman11 Oct 2015 9:30 a.m. PST

Everything is already bought and/or ordered. Just have to drop down and pick things up now. That way, no bad surprises. Cant expect the vendors to bring down every esoteric blister pack that they own just on the off chance someone wants it.

There is a skill to shopping in the flea market that I seem not to possess. I rush by and miss stuff that I actually need.

@Bowman: that's cheating! You've killed the thrill of the hunt!

@Bowman: that's cheating! You've killed the thrill of the hunt!

Lol! That may be true. But otherwise I'd come home empty handed.

avidgamer13 Oct 2015 10:27 a.m. PST

Does Sash and Saber have the Western theater Civil War (25mm) done? I want them.

capncarp14 Oct 2015 10:39 p.m. PST

Just a reminder: Online Registration for Fall-In ends October 23. If it's anything like last few times, that means it ends on 00:00:01 Friday morning, 10/23/15.

Obsidian2315 Oct 2015 5:39 a.m. PST

I will be looking for 10mm AWI, War of 1812,
28mm ACW, AWI
terrain, terrain and more terrain.

There is not a lot of Mini shopping to be had in Canada! Making the most of my first time to Fall In.

There is not a lot of Mini shopping to be had in Canada! Making the most of my first time to Fall In.

As a fellow Canuck, I do a lot of my shopping at either local internet stores (like J+M) or direct from the vendors at the HMGS cons. But I do pre-order to make sure they can fill my more esoteric orders. Then no shipping, no border hassle (usually), no taxes, tarifs or duties.

I tell them I was at a toy convention and bought $300 USD worth of toys and they lose interest and wave me through. Plus you get to a great convention.

capncarp15 Oct 2015 11:32 a.m. PST

If there is any interest, Mrs Carp has some lovely jewelry which could be a lovely placating "What did you bring me?" gift for the long-suffering wargaming wife/S.O.; these very reasonably-priced ($5-$25) items could be shown to those interested to pour shiny bejewelled oil on potentially troubled domestic waters. Just pm me with preferred styles/colors/stones/metals.

Hey Bowman!

Bring the Tim's… Just let me know how much I owe you.

Not sure I'm going back up in November, so it might be a long winter of my discontent without my Tim's…

Hi Bowman,
Thanks. Do most of mine through the people on TMP or a couple of on-line stores in the US, although the dollar is killing us at the moment. I will remember the 'toy story' when i go back across. Was planning on getting there Thursday but due to new work committments in Kingston I wont get there until Friday evening, hope everything isnt sold!!!!

cheers,

Scott

Well the exchange rate that is killing me and obsidian 23 will get you cheaper coffee, Eric. I'll email you.

Obsidian2323 Oct 2015 1:42 p.m. PST

Posting this again. Posted on the Canadian site here.

As this is my first time can anyone tell me if there is anything on on the Friday after about 6pm. Due to work I wont get there until then. Are the markets dealers games still going or do I need to wait until Saturday????

Thanks and cheers.

Obsidian,

Con Director Dan or one of his team could give you better detail, but here's my take: no Flea Market or Exhibitor/Dealer Hall on Friday night. Exhibitor Hall closes at 6:00 PM on Friday and reopens at 9:00 AM on Saturday. Flea Market (Wally's Basement) closes at 5:00 PM on Fri. and reopens at 10:00 AM on Saturday.

Registration desk closes at 5:00 PM on Fri. to reopen at 7:00 AM on Sat. Gaming events run throughout Friday until Midnight or later. They resume Sat. morning.

The Toys for Tots fundraising raffle runs until the drawing at 8:00 PM Fri. night. There is another TFT raffle and a Silent Auction on Sat.

You can check the above info on the Fall-In! pages on the HMGS ym site.

Hope this helps a bit. (Any Con staff, please offer corrections or expansions as needed. Thx!)

Scott

Time to update this list.

Bowman, I still have some Artizan figures for SAGA (if you are interested) in the flea market on Fri. afternoon and Sat. morning.

Travel safe, everyone. Hope to see you there.
