My last order was a couple of months back, order filled quite quickly, and all arrived well packed & safe. Good communication too, if I remember correctly. thumbs up

Ordered the reaper paints with them many times. Prompt and swift delivery. Great service every time ;-)

Thanks, I'll pop an order in.

I tried to order a Reaper paint set and had issues with poor service, changing postage costs and generally being awkward. When I queried why the postage had been increased significantly, I was told to "go away before things get nasty" or words to that effect. I get my Reaper paints from eBay or direct from Reaper now.

Thank you to the others for the kind words.

However' go away before things get nasty '????

In what way were they going to get 'nasty' Gangrel. I'm a small independent miniature seller, not Al Capone. From what I recall, we had a cordial conversation for a large quantity of Reaper paints, plus a small quantity of metal mouslings. In total £ 140.52. I asked for £ 25.00 postage to cover the insured delivery. This was back in May 2012.

That is where you walked away from the deal saying it was not the £ 10.00 we had originally agreed. That is true, but when we first spoke the scope of the order was not as large as it finally became.

I sent you the paypal invoice, and for the reasons of postage you declined to pay. That is perfectly within your rights. At no time did I take any money from you, and certainly I never threatened you.

You may see it as poor service, and that I respect as your point of view. However suggesting I made a threat is something I find highly distasteful.
