My last order was a couple of months back, order filled quite quickly, and all arrived well packed & safe. Good communication too, if I remember correctly. |

I tried to order a Reaper paint set and had issues with poor service, changing postage costs and generally being awkward. When I queried why the postage had been increased significantly, I was told to "go away before things get nasty" or words to that effect. I get my Reaper paints from eBay or direct from Reaper now. |

Thank you to the others for the kind words. However' go away before things get nasty '???? In what way were they going to get 'nasty' Gangrel. I'm a small independent miniature seller, not Al Capone. From what I recall, we had a cordial conversation for a large quantity of Reaper paints, plus a small quantity of metal mouslings. In total £ 140.52. I asked for £ 25.00 postage to cover the insured delivery. This was back in May 2012. That is where you walked away from the deal saying it was not the £ 10.00 we had originally agreed. That is true, but when we first spoke the scope of the order was not as large as it finally became. I sent you the paypal invoice, and for the reasons of postage you declined to pay. That is perfectly within your rights. At no time did I take any money from you, and certainly I never threatened you. You may see it as poor service, and that I respect as your point of view. However suggesting I made a threat is something I find highly distasteful. |
