Has anyone used this product, or had any experience with it? I am considering using it on 25mm round bases so that the miniatures could be put on a magnetic movement tray. Thanks, |

I use them exclusively. They work great. For larger, heavier models (Warmachine for example) get some of the heavy duty magnetic bases. |

They are self-adhesive so you just peel the paper off and stick them to the bottom of your figure bases. Work like a charm. I've used them for 25mm and 20mm square bases so far but have them for 20mm and 25mm round and 2" x 1" rectangular bases. Jim |

Thanks for the input. Did you use the magnetic or flex steel bases? |

do they make 25/30mm hexbase versions, and do they stick together well, bottom to bottom? I have some of the Robotech Tactics stuff based for Battletech, and want to magnetize the RRT bases so I can dual-use the models for both games… |

Litko make great products and provide good service. I use their flex steel bases 20mm x 20mm for my individual 28mm figures (glued onto the bases). Once the figures are painted and flocked and dull coted ie completed I place place them on magnetic unit bases. This way the unit base can be any size for any formation. You can make/cutyour own magnetic unit bases from larger material or use the Litko system that provides magnetic bases and base trim. The key is that Litko has many shapes for any basing requirement. |
