I have some models that came with a painted Roman army I bought at a convention. However I don't intend to use the models in my Roman army and thought about making a force just for them but I honestly don't know what ancient state they represent. Any help?

The bottom ones look like Minifigs. My second guess would be Irregulars. |

Thanks but again not asking about manufacture but what state, kingdom or faction they might represent. |

The top ones could be Kappadokians or perhaps Phrygians. The bottom ones appear to be Huns. |
