I have been updating my blog with progress on my 15mm French 16th C Italian Wars Army. The latest addition is a general: Louis de la Tremouille.

Very nice work on those, especially in 15mm. Kudos!

Very good painting going on there! : )

Very nice. Very, very nice for 15mm.

This fella appeared in our Marignano game last weekend but in 28mm. Italian Wars is such a great period – gendarmes and pike, what more does a man need.

Thanks all for the comments.

Olicana: I had a good look at your Marlignano game on Saturday: great, inspirational stuff and congratulations for the well-deserved win of best demo game. I have also enjoyed following your blog for some time and I hope you don't mind if some of my Gendarmes' colours and patterns look a bit familiar.

Are you kidding, I'm hoping to start a trend in un-historic painting schemes for Gendarmes. That way, my stuff looks even better!
