The Dulles Wargaming Club played scenario No. 6 from Britton Publishers' latest project, Fulda Gap. In this scenario, WarPac threatens Frankfurt, the financial hub of West Germany. The atmosphere is still contaminated by sarin gas, and both sides must wear full protective gear. Unlike my friend "Just Jack's game," who is also play-testing the book, WarPac lost this encounter. link |

Really beautiful table. What rules do you use for your games? |

That's a beautiful setup. Best one you've shown yet, I think! Thanks for sharing. |

Hi, Ben. Very nice report, scenery and effects. But when looking at the 10mm conversions, I have to ask for someconfirmation that I am reading this right: For TQR (team quality rating ?) 6, leaders can influence 6 FT (Fire teams?) and if led by an NCO, he can control FTs within 32.5cm (Up to 6) while a Capt can control only 6 FTs within 62.5cm. Really? What allows a Capt. have a longer radius than an NCO when they are both humans? And C'mon…32 POINT 5 CM? Why not round to 32 or 33? Do you have some data that suggests those values are accurate? Would like to know why a Capt. has a longer reach than an NCO or Lt. What is that based upon? Must admit that the narrative sounded exciting, but then it does not explain what had to be resolved to reach the results of the confrontations. Tractics provided similar reasonable results but it took seemingly forever just to make it thru all the charts! Obviously a labor of love! Just looking for what you based this mechanic on. thanks. v/r Tom |

Ben, Wow, a truly stunning table and minis. The game looked like a blast too, though I can't believe the US held off the bad guys. Or maybe I'm just jealous ;) Pretty wild fight, I could't believe the last M1 was able to fight its way out of the encirclement by the three T-90s, and that's just pure bad luck with setting several of the objective buildings on fire. And once the Apache came on, it rained hell on the Russkies. I'm looking forward to your next one, and I'm working on the batrep right now. V/R, Jack |
