Unless things have changed, if you poke around the Old Glory 15s website you might find a decent discount – as long as you are buying a sufficiently sizable quantity. Like any thing, bigger discounts come with bigger buys. |

No. Two different companies. |

How many Old Glories are there now? |

There really IS only one Old Glory! "Old Glory 15s" is just a subsidiary of a company known as "Battle Honors", they added "Old Glory 15s" to their name when several years ago they purchased the entire group of 15mm figures that the original "Old Glory" used to produce! They are, and always have been two separate and distinct companies! |

I believe Old Glory 15's is actually 19th Century LLC. If you order over $400 USD dollars of product you can get a 40% discount, which is the same discount level as using the army card with Old Glory/Blue Moon. Over $100 USD but under $400 USD it is a 20% discount. |

And 19th century also owns Battle Honors and Black Raven Foundry sculpts. |

I gave up years ago arguing that the situation is confusing. What do I know? |

well that kinda blows. mean to say, the blue moon figures are very nice, but a bit big. and they don't have the personality that the old glory figures have… oh, well. |

I think a 20% or 40% discount isn't that bad and I don't think it remiss that they come in at $100 USD and $400 USD purchase levels. If you are buying less than $100 USD a discount isn't in order for a company to turn a profit – and no profit, no company – and no figures. Old Glory's army card costs $50 USD to get started, though applied to the first order for the discount when purchased. So, say, an $80 USD order, will cost you $94 USD plus shipping. (80 * .6 = 28 +50 + shipping). What blows when you compare that situation? From OG15s, $80 USD is $80 USD but if you buy $100 USD it is only $80 USD plus shipping. Not that different, really. And, again, a small order just doesn't justify a discount from a business perspective. Though, to be fair, there are sometimes sales from some companies where you can do a small order at a discount – just not these two that I've heard of (or, if they do, I'm sure they cancel the other discounts, or they'd be out of business too soon) |
