In picture #3 they are: CSS Virginia/Merrimack, a Union Eads river gunboat (Mound City, Cairo, etc) and a Confederate vessel I can't quite recognize, maybe CSS Louisiana.

#4 is the USS Onondaga (maybe), USS Osage, and yet another CS ironclad, maybe the CSS Tenessee.

#6 is a generic blockade runner, maybe one of the Union 90 day gunboats like the Unadilla class, and no idea on the third one.

The middle one in photo #2 might be the USS Mississippi, but not sure. Oh, and my numbers are based on the numbers in your post, not how they come up on flicker.

#1: 2 Maury gunboats, 2 Generic Double enders (they were not all symmetrical bow to stern), 1 generic side wheeler

#2 looks like a blockade runner, Mississippi as BrianW says, or Susquehanna either of which are missing a mast, and another double ender

#5 looks like another double ender, then Little Rebel, then a 90 day gunboat

Right hand one on #6 looks like an ellet ram

I've got a couple of those. To add to the identification, the middle one of photo 2 is USS Mississippi (although not high enough from the picture I've got somewhere), the double turreted monitor in 4 was sold as Monadnock/ Miantonomoh, the one next to it is Osage, as suggested. The model as sold is incorrect as the same turret casting is used and Osage didn't have a pilot house on top.
Would concur with the other suggestions.

#3 might be Charleston (or Chicora). Hard to say for sure.

I think with the twin pilothouses, single stack and three guns per side that it is going to be the CSS Fredericksburg.
