Anything out there about 12-15mm tall that could be used as a "Vegan" for 15mm with little to no effort? Perhaps from another genre altogether, like among figures normally used for Fantasy, Pulp, etc.? Or maybe even a smallish figure made originally made for 28mm? Or something meant for 10mm?

Maybe a meerkat from some suitably sized zoo range? |

How about using giant weasels from Splintered Light Miniatures. Shorten the snout and jaw; clip the ears, bug out the eyes; and fiddle a bit with the paws.

Shorten the snout and jaw; clip the ears, bug out the eyes; Actually, green stuffing the 'bug eyes' might bring the forehead forward, cover part of the ears, Bob's your uncle. and fiddle a bit with the paws. And there's the rub, to my thinking. Forelimbs molded to body means carving/puttying then forming new ones. Still… Dan, I hope Leland's happy. ;->= Doug |

Leland? Why? Does he look like a Meerkat? Come to think of it, I've never seen a picture of him anywhere. Hmm … Dan |

Cacique Caribe, thank you for reminding me of the wonderful, inspiring artwork of Barlowe |

Dan, he's cunning enough, that's obvious. ;->= However, it's all about focusing your attention to ANYTHING for more than a second, and we're off on a Nantucket Sleigh ride of discovery… Unless figures actually hit the table, then it's a Nantucket Slay ride… Doug |
