It sounds like it is still a work in progress. They said they be adding new rules before it goes to print. They also had an image for a turf map for campaign play. It also looks like they have some cop figures as a stretch goal. They also had status tokens for arrested figures so it seems like there will be some interaction with the police. I can envision a number of interesting scenarios. A simple set of rules makes it easier to homebrew your rules. |

Nice looking figs, but this has 'sued for copyright infringement' written all over it. |

Saw something on Rolling Stone's You Tube site with the surviving cast members of that movie recreating the subway ride to their turf on Coney Island. |

JJ THIS is where you excel on TMP. Your well thought out and reasoned discourse pretty much turned my "Gang of 10" away from even considering this game. |

Terrement – I think you've got the wrong idea about Kickstarter. Even though the big boys use it, like mantic and reaper, it's not for them. It's for little guys a d projects exactly like the Warriors game. People with ideas and figures that won't be made otherwise. I'm sure all of your points wee valid (except the one you appologized for ), but what you really did was tear down a nice little cool project for not being professionally run or produced. kS isn't for the pros, it's for "wouldn't it be cool" ideas just like this one. The creator has put a great deal of his own money down for the initial greens to show and that isn't something easily done for many us. There was no intent to hide anything and you said yourself there was plenty of info about the rules out there, take them or leave them. Reading through your first post seems a lot like kicking a guy while he's down than just a review, sorry. |
