Hello Something dropped into Armiesarmy HQ this morning which as was somewhat of a surprise as it was only posted from the states a couple of days ago! Anyhow…….It was the BMD-1 and ASU 85! The print and cleanup on these is superb and the photos do not really do them justice as some of the detail has washed out slightly.
More photos on my blog link or my facebook page :)
My infantry dollies are currently being finished so I can cast them up. This should enable me to quickly push out multiple uniforms for both Bloc and NATO forces :) AK's , M16s, SLRs and G3's are being modelled also :)
I hope to get these out in around 4 weeks. The vehicles might be ready slightly sooner if popular :) Let me know if youd like some thanks Keith |

Oh yes. While putting together the first expansion of the Russian datasheet and datacards I roughed out a Guards Airborne list. Might need about 2 dozen! |

Hopefully, the tank treads/bogies, and the guns/turrets will be cast in metal, for strength and durability. Would love all to be cast in metal, but I could probably live with resin for the hulls, if needed. |

Excellent! My wallet weeps at the thought of the check heading your direction around Christmas… Now, about the Swedish infantry? |
Armiesarmy | 01 Oct 2015 2:20 a.m. PST |
Cheers all The hull will be resin and all other parts metal. Swedish infantry…. What I can say is I am awaiting my nato dollies , with different head gear and weapons. A G3 and a M59 helmet with netted hat/cover is one of those……. I also await Sov Bloc dollies and weapons /helmets |

Excellent news. Looking forward to these, and the NM-116s. Just read last night that the Finns got some of those surplus Leopard 2s from the Germans, and/or Dutch, to go along with their ex-Soviet armor. |

Norwegians on the do list I've just go to be practical around can I sell enough of them:) |
Mako11 | 04 Oct 2015 2:56 p.m. PST |
Yea, I understand. I want at least a platoon of the NM-116s, but will have to work hard a bit to scrape up the dough for that. There did seem to be quite a bit of interest in them from others as well, though. My guess is those little BMDs will be in greater demand, since you can use them for the Cold War, Afghanistan Invasion, and the current Ukrainian conflict too. Plus, you can switch out the gun (not sure if you need a new turret too), to make the BMD-2 as well, with the 30mm cannon. |

I'm working on plausible funding options or finding a rich sugar mummy/daddy :) I can get around the BMD hull as in 15mm its almost the same, however the turret is a little different. Thats not to say I've not got one! :) |

Count me in for a load of Leopard 1s, NM135s, 116s & 142s (and don't forget that the NM142 can do double-duty with the Canadians)! |
