Its not a spectacular AAR, chaps, but its taken over a year to get to the stage of actually playing a game after starting this project and I just need to share! Thanks to Robert and Robin for their fantastic GWSH II resources and Shawn and Robert for the excellent rules! It was a great opportunity to try out the hex terrain (for use under the mat) I picked up recently.
If you have a moment – here's the AAR: linkCheers Alan |

Naw fair enough – half the acronyms I see on here mean nothing to me either. I should know better! |

For those who had no clue (like me) GWSH stands for Great War Spear Head. |

Looks like fun. That will encourage to tackle more of the Russians I'm working on. |

There will be an Eastern Front game at SELWG on Sunday, featuring Russians versus a combined Austro-Hungarian/German force. Both forces will be corps strength. The scenario will be the 7th engagement in the Battle of Krasnik, Galicia 1914. It is part of the upcoming GWSH supplement 'Summer Harvest'. I will post photos and AAR afterwards. All the more reason to get those Russians finished ;-) Robert |
