The Regt had 1 x BMP-2 Bn and 2 x BMP-1 Bn, here are part of the lines of the BMP-2 Bn and one of the BMP-1 Bns:

I feel like this is an on-line photo-recognition exercise. Some of the BMP's seem to have the wider, flatter, gunless turrets associated with command vehicles and small-Fred radars. Are those just BMP-2's and I'm too blind to see the 30mm auto cannon or are these command vehicles of the MRD Recce Btn.? If so, let's airstrike this lot before they disperse!
Cheers and thanks for posting this Nick.

Just BMP-2 and BMP-1 on the 2nd image. On the first, the BMP-2 and BRM-1 can be distinguished by the off set hatches on the turret of the BRM-1 and the folded antenna rather than a ditching beam to the rear of the BRM-1. The PRP-3 and PRP-4 are here with the arty:

Can you ask the U-2 pilot to fly a little lower?

My computer monitor is small, and eyes are tired.

Zooming in a little is that a 2S6 Tunguska next to the truck with what looks like a crane on it?

I only know as it looks like my GHQ 2S6 from above.
