Although he is "really really dead", this is after all Game of Thrones.
The only thing left open is how Jon Snow will come back. The easiest guess is probably Melissandre showing up back at Castle Black the morning Jon has his Ides of March moment. Et tu Olly?
Well, Mel is kind of peeved that the drunken sot Thoros of Myr can do it, and she has probably been harboring some resentment that she hasn't had the opportunity yet. Then she has the karma from sacrificing that sweet little girl (Boooo! Hiss!!!!) that didn't work out quite as well as Stannis had hoped. King's blood and all that.

But if Robert was The Usurper, what does that make his brother? But that is a different question.

I never thought Jon was "really" dead, as far as the plot foes anyway. He'll be back, but with an uncomfortable twitch in his gizzard when he gets old. Aches and pains…

I may be wrong. After all, Mel does not strike me as the sharpest knife in the drawer.

We never really saw Stannis shuffle off his mortal coil either.

Be an interesting breakfast then when Jon walks in and ask if any one did anything fun the night before.

If the Coroner from the Land of Oz was present, John Snow would be "most sincerely dead"!

Could be a flashback…..

I'm telling you, it's hubris. Thoros had bottomed out, Melisandre thought she was all that. Once the man she personally declared the Chosen One had run out of fate points, she's pretty much where Thoros is (healthier liver and ta-tas not withstanding).

Don't discount the ta-tas.
