I just wanted to thank all of the people who are painting items for our auction and people who have sent in donations for the Raffle and Auction.
I would like throw a big thanks out to Impudent Mortal terrain who made our Toys for Tots Rulers and Chessex Dice for making our Toys for Tots dice. And to our own John Treadway for the donation of the 28mm M2A4F "Hero" Blower Model that adorns the cover of "The Crucible" rule book. (See attached pictures) This is a unique Old Crow Model that was painted by Kevin Dallimore. This item will be auction off at Fall in! with all proceeds going to Toys for Tots.

Charity Event at Fall in!
Raffle:
This will be a Chinese Style raffle involving items donated by Vendors from the Dealer Hall and convention attendees. (Last year we raffled off over $5,000 USD worth of items)
Tickets $1 USD ea.
If you buy $10 USD worth of tickets, you get a pair of Toys for Tots dice.
If you buy $20 USD worth of Tickets, you get a Ruler Template with the Toys for Tots Logo. Silent Auction:
Auction contains donated and painted items from around the world. (Single Figures, Squads, Armies and entire game sets.) Last year we had 40 items or groups of items up for auction. (Cash, PayPal and Credit Cards accepted as payment.)
If you or your group would like to donate items for the Silent Auction please contact us at: wnpg@hotmail.com or bring your items to the convention.
Toy Donations:
We will accept New Unwrapped toys for any age child. For anyone who donates a toy you will receive a pair of Toys for Tots Dice.
Schedule of Events:
Friday:
Noon: Raffle Ticket purchase Starts – Silent Auction Bidding Starts
8PM: Friday's Raffle drawing (Staff will be on hand until 9PM to hand out Raffle Items)
Saturday:
10 AM: Saturday Raffle Bidding Starts – Silent Auction Bidding Starts
12 PM: Any of the previous night's unclaimed raffle Items will be added to the Saturday raffle.
8 PM: Saturday's Raffle Drawing. (You have until 10 PM to pick up your items.)
9 PM: Auction Closes (Live bidding starts if needed.)
10 PM: Close (Gives people 2 hours after the Raffle drawing to pick up their items) Brought to you by the Wednesday Night Painting Group and the HMGS |
