I'll have to look, but you could use Command Decision TO&Es and scenario books without too much trouble |

As above, the CD ones are fine, as are Bob Mackenzies OB books which are pitched at Spearhead/CD and Tac (and are considerably more accurate – the SH ones in particular have a hideous blooper for AT gun companies in early war German infantry regiments, assigning the guns to each battalion rather than the regiment, so at a stroke doubling the AT capability of the division… |

Caliver has them, The Thin Grey Line, Comrades in Arms and Axis Allies on the Ostfront. Iirc I got mine from Irregular originally, not sure who else distributes TAC Publications. |

"so at a stroke doubling the AT capability of the division…" It was considerably worse when playing at regiment or couple of battalions level…..where if someone picked an AT attachment from division as well, you ended up with 6 attached AT guns per battalion! On saying that, all my spare pak 36's and trucks ended up building a DAk PAK front! |

Some TOEs are available here. spearhead.wargaming.info Furthermore the Spearhead rules you purchased should have come with the TOE book. Small consolation I know. |
