I've worked with our rep at the Sheraton and here's what we've managed: "The block is sold out for the entire length of the event. I will add rooms to the block as follows Thurs. 11/5- 5 rooms Fri. 11/6- 5 rooms Sat. 11/7- 5 rooms There are still rooms available on Sun. 11/8! I hope this helps… the group rate will be available for the additional rooms ($ 119.00/per night)." So follow the link from our website and call the Sheraton at the direct number: 504-837-6707. I got rooms (a couple of weeks ago) for Fri-Sun, but was told the hotel was totally filled on Thu. Did they get some cancellations? |

They didn't say. Just call back and get a room for Thursday night; tell them you were told there are rooms available. And please let me know if you have any problems so I can let our rep "fix" it. |
