Print them onto sticky labels (you can get labels that are one label on a sheet of A4) and then stick onto card as required. |

For mounted 2D flat gaming pieces I've discovered waterproof paper for printing, either by laser or inkjet: toughprint.com Provides a durable finish without the need to laminate. Then spraymount onto card, or even lasercut mdf tiles, via Warbases (UK), or similar. war-bases.co.uk Cheers! Wilf |

Flexi-label in the Uk provide all sorts of different sizes of labels for printing on. They do a 12mm x 12mm label…. link Mike |

Proper die cutting of cardboard counters seems a hard thing to source in the UK. there is a company called Blue Panther (USA I think) that can do print on demand stuff, but i think that might get expensive for a small personal set. I have gone with printing on labels BUT the quality of the label is everything. If you want sharp and vibrant images, there is a special AVERY full size label that is meant to take high res inkjet images. If you go with a bog standard label, you will lose about 10 – 20% of vibrancy if that matters. Also mount onto white or lightly coloured card, as any dark will show through the label to further dull it. It is tempting use heavy thick card, but the reality is that it becomes MUCH harder to cut the thicker it is. Use nail clippers to trim the corners of the counters, that always helps to make home made cutting look a bit more accurate because you disrupt the angles. |
