Anyone have a good technique/recipe for handling the orange and black on the sashes? Thanks! |

Buy small figures – then you can't see it anyway… |

I can't find any pics of them that are helpful. You saw this? Also not helpful on how to paint them. |

Pics galore, but trying to emulate the alternating black/orange in 28mm hasn't worked well for me so far. I tried doing an off-color orange to mimic the effect as well, and meh. Reference: TMP link |

I hate to say it, but that might be a detail I'd skip on 28s and smaller. Or maybe do two stripes instead of 4+. |

Just paint a couple of stripes to give the illusion. |

Paint the orange stripes and put black dots spaced evenly. Works for me |

As Belgian Ray, and then drybrush silver over that. It takes the "sting" out of the black and orange. |
