Which is my way of letting you all know that the latest update on our progress through He-Month 2 is now available. For superior sculpts of recognisable MOTU characters, check out Roger's blog: link For painted conversions (and an update on my crazy dinosaur project) go to mine: link Comments and feedback appreciated. Any questions regarding our sanity will be addressed after I've had my medication… |

Thanks for posting these! I was particularly interested in Mister Webb's work on his sorceress. I'm hoping to add the goddess Freya to my Viking collection, and she had a feather cloak. This is one of those projects that hasn't gone anywhere for a year or so, since I don't know what to do. I was also interested in his adding folded wings to the bird on her staff, since I've been contemplating just such a project, but just hadn't gotten up the courage to try it. I made a couple sculpting tools. I embedded the top of a needle in a wooden handle, hot gluing it in place. Needles come in several sizes, with both pointed tips and round tips, each of which can be made into a useful tool. Grelber |

I love watching your progress with this project. Roger's sculpts are absolutely amazing, and capture the feel of the two characters very well. I hope at some point you post some photos of them, and the growing collection, painted and ready to rumble. Thank you for sharing--it's all most inspiring. |
