Hollywood loves the stagecoach chase but most stagecoach robberies actually happened where the robbers could count on the coach not being able to run – or already stopped, or nearly so. Places like the bottom of a gulch, or a sharp turn and even better if the turn is on a hill, that sort of thing.

Nice to see something besides street shootouts discussed – they were comparatively rare, especially man on man.
