We've just released the Grand Duchy of Warsaw Hussars. I think these are some of Paul's finest work.
More pictures on my blog: rtbatlarge.blogspot.co.uk These are now available. Contact details via the Murawski Miniatures website. |

They are 28mm designed to scale with Perry Miniatures. |

Beautiful. Paul sculpted amazing detail, but detail that adds to the figure without creating additional labour to paint the miniature. @ Murawski: Your blog has wonderful figures -Dutch-Belgian from Perry, but some I don't recognize. Where did you get the dismounted horses and figures for your last command stand? Most are from Perry DB2, but how about the rest?

I think I can try to answer that question, as I found this a wonderful source of horses, standing and without riders. Hard to find…horses are always charging! They are a mix of the Perry ACW horseholders and they come as US and Confederate (The one with two rolled blankets)…….. Plus the AWI British dragoons at rest. One chap with a pistol has already contributed his right hand in a swap! Their horses pull Boney's carriage now. Mind you, the plainest one, without a saddle cloth, could be Vexy, the horse of the Prince of Orange? The only one I know that simply kitted out in any range |

Sorry but DH is incorrect. All the horses are Perry metals from various Napoleonic command sets but I think they are the Dutch Belgian ones. I've never bought an ACW figure in my life I am afraid. The hussars are being sent to Nic this week. |

Absolutely right! I got exactly the same horse poses, with the sheepskin pistol holster covers, from AWI British dragoons. But they also have a rolled portmanteau and a bag hanging either side from it. They are the same but………….different! But I'll not concede that top one. He is from ACW9, the Union horse holder set. Someone gave him to you, in admiration of your work. Great to see something like this. I have always wanted to do a horse holder for RHA. Only recently have producers realised they needed ammo supply. Few show Horse artillery gunners…as horsed! Lets alone someone holding the horses when in action………..inspiring work |
