While these are for 6mm and for Napoleonics they are generic enough for many periods up to modern and also suitable for 10mm for light barricades or entrenchment markers

Nice! I bet they look even better under a lamp …

Hi Steve. Because you do not also produce rung ladders, fountains and carts. Would serve to complete the set of villages. And rung ladders would also serve in scenarios such as Alamo, Hougomont etc.

Read the bit about painting the wooden parts of the barricade. I have always gone for grey with white highlights and avoid any suggestion of brown.

But read about using US Army Olive Drab and Agrax Earthshade………that is an idea I will save for 28mm….it works superbly here

For boxes and planks etc. I try and make them brown. For buildings I prefer a grey effect although getting it to come out right is not something I have quite got there with 10mm – more experimenting needed. I did my LOTR Rohan house in more of a grey for the wood to reflect long term weathering

That Rohan house takes me back a few years. Love it. It looks far better on the stone base, as you did it.

I too robbed Starbucks of coffee stirrers and used Jo Malone (well know perfumery) boxes to make a removable roof, all under teddy bear fur;
