I've finally finished painting some US Army infantry for Flames of War: Vietnam. All of these figures are 15mm scale.

Now it's time to move onto the Helos…

really really nice ! …. looks fantastic !

I notice the left hand figure in the top pic (kneeling with LAW on his back) has the end of his weapon broken off..(and lying on the base behind him?).. shame because he is a great figure I think. In a pack of these US Army grunts I purchased, all but one of this figure had his rifle broken at the receiver like this chap. :( …? maybe he has had a stoppage ?

stunning work !

If you are happy to mix Battlefront, Flashpoint, Command Decision/Old Glory and Peter Pig figures together you have no end of figure combinations. Is that a Peter Pig 'Col. Kilgore' figure I see in there ?

Oh my god. Knowing how FOW Vietnam worms
you will need about a million NVA now!

Looks like you painted the entire US Army in Vietnam!

Great work

I noticed that M-16 barrel was broken when I posted the photo; it has already been repaired. They are great figures, but some do have delicate barrels…

And yes, that's a Col. Kilgore from Apocalypse Now. I've got a few Flashpoint miniatures in there, and plenty of their NVA/VC for the next round of painting…

Thanks for all of the kind words, everyone!

Outstanding, Scott!
and with them being 15s, no small feat in painting them,
let alone that well. I swear with the job you did basing them,
the figures look like they are moving through the bush.
