Well, if so, the quality of the image is superb. Better than from an overhead wire and clearly not a helicopter. Bondarachuk might have learnt from this………better than most his aerial sequences (OK, I will concede the French cavalry charge…….) |

My only quibble with the reenactors (and Bondarchuk gets props for avoiding this) is that they look "mahvelous!" Everything is whiter than white and dark green…ah well… Great spectacle--I've been out there a couple times, but never on the day itself. Have to add that to the bucket list. |
