Had a fun game of X-Wing with the new K-Wings against some old standbys.

Nice report. I like the way you mounted your asteroids.

I recently picked up the new The Force Awakens start sets and noticed that the rule book us updated (slightly) to reflect some of the newer capabilities and ships. Is anyone aware of an updated rule book (probably produced by someone other than FFG) that includes ALL the new rules for large ships, etc.? This game is beginning to feel like after you had all the gametes for Squad Leader.

Oh, Buck, that's almost TOO cruel… ;->=

You know, like when Steve et al. realized they had to rationalize SFB. *horrors*

Of course, some people like that; I know a real lawyer that can rules lawyer X-Wing like nobody's business. Not to take play advantage, but just to 'gotcha' when you miss some nuance.

I'm pretty sure the Rules Reference in the new core set was up to date at the time of product release. And yes, that is a big improvement over the stack of rules cards with each of the old whizbangs. New whizbangs will be a different matter…
