This week I had a terrain project for a game between SWMBO and I that was so fun to do, I preempted the backlog of other "projects of the week" to go ahead and write this one up. It is for a modular mansion
While this was done for superhero gaming, the approach would work just as well for modern, historical, scifi, fantasy, steampunk, and pulp. Pretty much anywhere that you need a building floorplan to help define the tactical situation. |

Another cool idea, etotheipi. I especially like the last picture in your tutorial – ideal for 7TV! I also "borrowed" your clear sealant idea for mystical flames on an oriental vampire figure, making sure that I credited you with the idea. Your website is an inspiration – although some of your conversions are a little…disturbing. Keep up the good work! |

This would be especially good for "Kill Dr. Lucky." |

That is so awesome and so simply effective! It reminds me of like a giant 3D board for a murder mystery game like a fantasy version of "Clue"…the murderer " was the goblin butler in the kitchen with the candlestick." :) |

Check out WorldWorksGames' Shellendrak Manor for inspiration :) |

Thanks, all. SWMBO won a partial objective on her assault, so we decided to do a follow up where she had to rescue the good guys who were "killed" in the first game. Then she readjusted the floorplan (in about 10 minutes; I barely had time to make a sammich) for me to take a retaliatory strike at City Hall. When we broke it down, it stored up nice and tight in a little space, as desired. |
