"Pride. Lust. Wrath. Envy. Greed. Gluttony. Sloth. Each with a reason to exist. And plenty of reasons to wreck every realm they might invade. The Others features the Deadly Sins as the world's biggest nemesis. Each game session is played against a single type of Sin, making that experience unique. The most overarching effect each of the Sins has on the game is its Sin Power. It permanently affects the game, and the Hero Players need to always take it into consideration when planning their actions, or they will be doomed for sure…"

"In The Others: 7 Sins, beings from another world are trying to infiltrate into our own. But they're not just doing it alone. They're getting help from the population of everyday people. Today, Darth Nega gives us a bit of a look into these corrupted individuals.
… Hey, should we be concerned about how much she knows about this sort of stuff!?

When you first think about what's worse about the Earth being invaded by unimaginable creatures, one would think that the creatures itself would be the answer. However, even worse are the humans that decide to make a pact and dedicate their lives to Sin.

Since they are Sin's servants, the Acolytes are granted some powers from these entities, usually bringing a little bit more despair to the table. There are several Acolytes with different abilities for you to choose from, so you can create some cool matches between your Sin and your chosen Acolyte's power.

Acolytes are the weakest of monsters, but they can be used strategically to hinder the heroes' movement, or aid a stronger monster in a fight. But what truly sets each Acolyte apart is their unique power, which can be used once per round. When the power is activated, a dead Acolyte can be brought back to the board to join a fight, and each of them influences the game in a different way:

Nuns were supposed to do good, to be faithful, to spread words of virtue. But not these ones. At least, not anymore. When a Corrupted Nun is summoned to a fight, the Sins player replaces a City Action from that district with a Corruption token.

Doctors usually are those that fix people up. Those that care, that dedicate their lives to making people feel better. Unless they are trying to kill you or corrupt you instead. When the Doctors are summoned, the current Hero can no longer heal for that round.

Hobos are the ones that always knew that the end was near. They've tried to warn us. But did we listen? Well, I guess nobody did, and now they've joined the forces of the apocalypse. Hobos will try to take your stuff, simple as that. You might just find that the weapon or equipment you were counting on to win a fight is suddenly out of your reach until next round.

Countdown to Kickstarter: 3 days till the mayhem is upon us"

Judea-Christian drek.. just my opinion. An excuse for more poorly conceived GW knock-off junk, Nurgle like garbage, "Death" inspired bleh blah blah and nearly naked demonic: sex equals "your death and doom" crap. This dead horse has been ridden to utter destruction already. Can we please get something new and original?
Just me, no offence to those who want more of the same old same old….
Kick starter? I'd rather kick it off a cliff LOL
all in fun :)

I'm liking the sculpts, some very useful figs for a number of horror and post-modern (and post-apocalyptic) games.

"Well, seems the sinful among you, and those of pure FAITH, have taken quite a shining to The Others: 7 Sins, the new game from CoolMiniOrNot and Guillotine Games, with miniatures by Studio McVey. The game has made over $300 USDk in their first 24 hours. As such, there's been plenty of busted stretch goals, including another Sin added to the box set. There's been quite a variety of unlocked stretch goals. There are a pair of heroes. There's some new sculpts for Abominations. There's a pair of new game tiles with which to build your city under siege. There's a soundtrack that will add some ambiance to your game sessions. There's also the new Greed sin.

This was all just in the first day of the campaign. There's still 26 days left. What more will be unlocked? You'll only find out with your pledges to the campaign."

I like it. It reminds me of the show Dominion for some reason. I may have to get this. I really like CMON kickstarters when they finally come!

New Token Packs Added to The Others Kickstarter

"It's just over a week left for The Others: 7 Sins on Kickstarter. The Envy Controller, Cards, and Board have recently been unlocked. So that's part of the main pledge for the game now. But what about if you want something a little… fancier for your tokens? Well, this recent couple of add-ons have got you covered.

Whether you want some tentacles to keep track of corruption or some little hearts to keep track of health, they've got new sets for you. With the addition of these, it's looking like the next unlocks at $666 USDk will be surpassed soon.

There's still 8 days to gt in on the horror and terror that is The Others: 7 Sins."
