In one of those moments of synchronicity I discovered on Shapeways that someone is making M2A1 medium tanks on the same day that my brother ran across our long lost copy of the FOW supplement Old Ironsides. Among other things, this book contains a couple of pages on the Great Louisiana Maneuvers of 1941. But, where to get the miniatures? Eureka's 1941 US cavalry and Wake Island Marines look good but are there any others out there worthy of note? LT |

He makes M1 and M2A2 and m2A4 light tanks, and M2 mediums, as well. I just ordered one of each and should get them Tuesday. |

hi Great idea. You'll need lots on improvised weapons. My Dad's unit's Chemical Mortars were piece of water pipe and there truck was a horse drawn wagon with a sign saying truck nailed to the side. |

I always thought a "exercise" game would be a ton of fun, particularly with a GM. The GM has a number of judge miniatures, placed around the board. Each side gets more points for actions taken while in sight of a judge, but each judge also has certain things they think is more or less effective, and will score based on that. f.x. one judge thinks that bayonets are a war winning weapon, while another thinks that infantry is obsolete. |

He makes M1 and M2A2 and m2A4 light tanks, and M2 mediums, as well. But not all in 15mm, unfortunately; I wasn't able to find an M2A4 in that scale. I'm more interested in the M2A1 mediums, though. LT |

If only Heiser would do this range in 1/87…. |

Brass1-the models are just scaled. Use the contact info and ask to have the M2A4 scaled to 1/100. I got my tanks today. They are exquisite little models. I will try to get some pictures up on my blog, and will report here when I do. |

I presume we're talking about the Arctic Skunk models, or is someone else also doing them? link |

@miniMo Yes, they are the Arctic Skunk models. @Ed von HesseFedora I didn't know you could do that. I stand corrected. LT |

Very nice and right now the only way to get some of these but very pricey. |

I requested a 1/100 version of the M-2A4 from Arctic Skunk, received a very nice affirmative reply from Mike, and ordered my first four. LT |
