Nice report! Enjoy reading your campaign – though despair your forces are not doing better than history.
Perhaps a more concentrated defense along the road would have helped? – though this would remind me of the Russians being isolated along roads in the Winter War (without the snow and ice). Is there a way the British/Indians could have won this?

Thanks Brucka, yeah, I think I should have put more men around the road. That may ave slowed the advance somewhat. However, the Japanese would have just been able to flank me in that case! I think an aggressive defence with quick retreats may have been an answer?
