It is my understanding that the Wargames Foundry Barons War range is formerly a Citadel range, and overlaps the early Bretonnian figures for Warhammer. How do these figures compare to other 28mm figures? Are they smaller than the mid- to later 1990's medieval and Bretonnian figures from GW or others? Will they mix at all with later plastic Bretonnians, Black Tree medievals, and Front Rank medievals? |

I have some of the Citadel figures that then became Foundry. After cutting off the tab for the slotta base and glueing them on washers to work with the rest of my Crusader Late Crusades and Fireforge Plastics I would say they compare well if not a bit more chunky if you can believe that. So yes I think they would work with Black Tree and Front Rank. GW current crop of Bretonnians are HUGE! So I think no there.YMMV. |

They work well with Fireforge, curteys, gripping beast, claymore castings, old glory, and some Mirliton, I have foundry mostly as my leaders in my units. link Must post the other 15 units I have done |
