A long overdue update. I've long loved the classic Escher miniatures, but never felt I had the painting ability to do the scupts justice. However, I recently had a friend -whose painting style I really admire paint up my 15 woman Escher gang in exchange for me building him a bunch of custom terrain. And here they are!
Pics of all figs front and back and plenty of details here: link They're all stock figures except for the figure on the left which has an interesting history…

Great classic Citadel figs. Even if you no longer play Necromunda these will make a nice sci-fi post-apoc female scavenging band. The Mad Donna fig can be Harley Quinn too. |

Thanks! The club is actually in the midst of a periodic Necromunda Campaign. Every couple months a few of us take one of the club nights and play Necro. No doubt they may come out during our Post Apoc games too. I hadn't thought of Donna as Harley before but she certainly looks the part. |

Nice!!! Did the non-GW figure have a not-Boltgun in the hand that has a katana now? And does anyone know who made it? Thanks!! |

Thanks Jim, The figure details and current retail source are on the blog, but yep, there was a pretty soft "not-boltgun" in one hand. In addition, the hands were pretty weakly sculpted and had to go. Can you guess where the new gloved forearms/hands came from? |
