I am looking for 18mm or 20mm spearmen or pikemen in tricorns. I have some very nice ones from Dixon as part of their GNW range, but they are a little small for my needs. If said miniatures are a little on the tocky side or bearded, it is a bonus but not necessary. I apologize for crossposting this all over the place but I don't know where it actually fits best. |

Could you use sergeants with partizans and swap them for spears? Or standard bearers? |

Take a look at Blue Moon's GNW 18mm range. Pikemen in both Swedish and Russian sections: link link |

Thank you, guys. Those are some good suggestions. How do the Blue Moon figs size up against Eureka? |

I have a good number of Eureka SYW and a pack of Blue Moon Hessian Jaegers. They are comparable in size. I'll be away tomorrow but will try to post a few pictures on Monday. |

Thanks genew49. If you could snap a pic next to a 28mm fig, that would be fantastic! |

Photo includes an AB Pavlov Grenadier, Eureka Prussian Grenadier and Blue Moon British Grenadier. My Horse and Musket figures are stored away. I found the box with these guys so I grabbed them. I think my Blue Moon AWI Hessian Jaegers might be a little larger. There is some size variation among the Eureka figures. Eureka SYW cavalry and Blue Moon/AB cavalry are NOT compatible. Eureka horses are much larger. The 28mm is the only one I own for this era. link |

Liliputians? Pray tell us more! Eureka horses are indeed bigger, being full-sized to their riders rather than the conventional 7/8th, but their infantry are reasonable 18mm, compatible also with Old Glory 15s (whose 1745 figures, or SYW French without turnbacks, might be of use?) |

Not Lilliputians. Leprechauns. Thank you, genew49. The pic was perfect :-) |
