Frostgrave from Osprey seems to be the flavour of the month and attracting quite a lot of attention. I happened to finish off a few gentlemen in 15mm that would be just the ticket for this frosty themed world… link Taster

I'm also planning Frostgrave in 15mm. The Copplestone range has a load of useful figures, including those fantastic ice trolls. I'm think of making snow apes out of Blue Moon's man-apes from the Darkest Africa range. |

Others would call you a grumpy opinionated old fart. Obviously I never would (to your face at least). And of course I agree with you 100% as always (to your face at least). And you also know that I am as guilty as you of suffering from magpie-syndrome. "Must have them all!" BTW – are you stalking me? Otherwise with those comments why are you on the "15mm" board if your scale of choice is every other scale but 15mm? Are you turning in to a 15mm-basher? BTW – you should have mentioned your intentions on an undead Warmaster army. Might have been able to help out… Also, did you know it's the 20th Anniversary of Necromunda this year? Just thinking… |

@Jimboba Others have indeed called me a grumpy opinionated old fart. More than once. It's too late for me to change now. You, however, are young enough to take steps now to avoid becoming one yourself before it's too late. I am such a cosmopolitan wargamer in that I read all the boards, one of the advantages of being an opinionated old fart. I have 15mm figures in my collections, quite a few in fact although not my first choice. My Warmaster Undead Army increases in size as I assimilate Warband Undead figures into it. Watch my blog. What have you on offer? Necromunda, blah, so last Century. I gave away all my Necromunda terrain and all my figures bar my Scavvies which are in a box somewhere. I sold all of Iains Necromunda stuff too for charity. I still have tons of figures which would do in the unpainted lead and plastic pile. Take care young fart, I'll be at the Kirriemuir show later this year if you can get that far North. |

Sorry all about the link. I think a blog update may have changed something. Or I'm a dufus. link |

Jim/OldF – wish I were too young to be an old fart – I've now a 17 year old son that tells me how to drive! I'll post on your blog regard Warmaster. Yes, Necromunda is quite literally last century and seeing as you've ditched all your stuff you'll be up for trying it in 15mm then!? Depending when in November Kerriemuir is will dictate attendance. Several Birthdays that month… |
