Hope you find this useful somehow, guys. As I mentioned on the post, it's just my approach to the subject of painting 1/72 en masse, not necessarily the best, but surely works fine for me, so might be of help to others as well. |

Good stuff! When doing massed armies painting en masse is always the quickest option.
Some differences when I paint: -paint around 20 or tops 30 miniatures at one time (when painting not too many minis, if you make a mistake you often will be able to remember possible problems like painting over already existing color ete). -use black undercoat -paint the major color to readiness, then flesh (usually face and hands) and then move on to details Here is the method I used for painting 15mm nappies, which can just as easily be used for 20mm. Readying (cleaning flash, undercoating, painting, varnishing and basing) a unit of of twenty four minis tended to take some eighth hours, 20 minutes per figure. link |

Nice! I always like seeing how other people do their mass armies, pick up tips and tricks. |

Wow. I am amazed at how many steps of shade wash you apply. No wonder mine look rubbish. I go got one overall wash. And I don't dovtwo colour highlights. I really appreciate seeing this as it shows me steps I could take to make mine look better. Many thanks |
