$16 USD for five figures?

tberry740302 Sep 2015 8:38 a.m. PST

How do you order them?

Can't find them in the catalogue.

Disco Joe02 Sep 2015 9:53 a.m. PST

Bob is not selling them. He is only making them for someone else. A small number were available to purchase at Historicon because that is where I got mine. I don't remember who is actually going to be carrying them though.

Glad you like them my friend.

It seems that "Crucible Crush" is/is going to sell them:

cruciblecrush.com

I've emailed them to find out when they will be going on sale.

The Flint & Feather project is still very much in development. We are making the first 3 sets of warriors and 1 set of accessories available in the 5 fig per set format on a temporary basis until the boxed sets can be prepared.

Set price is $18 USD US per set.

You can order them by emailing cruciblecrush@hotmail.com

The planned format for the overall project is the following:

1 boxed set of Huron Warriors (15 figures)
1 boxed set of Iroquois Warriors (15 figures)
1 boxed set of Canoes (3 boats/6 paddlers-enough to transport a warband)
1 boxed set of Villagers
1 boxed set of Iroquoian Mythological creatures/monsters

We will be launching a Kickstarter Oct 31st to finance the complete sets as well as further the rules development.

Our Crucible Crush web page is still in development but for now you can view the miniatures on the Pulp Figures page. Pulp Figures is not selling the range.

Bob

Any suggested rules for Huron vs. Iroquois conflicts? Preferably skirmish rules.

You could try either THW "Long Rifles":

Or Ganesha Games "Songs of Drums and Tomahawks":

Also Crucible Crush is working of a set of rules "Flint and Feathers":

Our Flint & Feather rules, currently being play tested, will focus on pre-contact inter-tribal warfare which has a much more heroic aspect to it than the ambush style warfare of the firearms period.

Warchiefs, companions, warbearers and striplings make up the war parties and status and honor are more often the way victory is calculated.

A beta version will be available on-line by year end. A published glossy book is the goal.

The Flint and Feather playtest blog has been updated with the most recent playtest at Fall In. Please check out our latest blog entry. flintandfeatherplaytest.blogspot.ca
We try to update the blog twice a month but it depends on what we have been trying in the playtests. Let us know your thoughts.

You could probably pit these guys against your Vikings in Saga games

Say Bob, or whoever else can answer with certainty,

How do these figures match size wise with Conquest, Perry, etc…

BTW they look great!

Best, Bill

Armand, how are you painting the indian's flesh color? It is some of the best I've seen.

Cheers,
Bill
