Beautiful terrain indeed!

Really like the detail on the Afghan figures. The terrain is very nice. You and Mad Guru are really nailing the overall feel and look of NWF terrain. Wheat fields look as good as the real ones we have here in Kansas.Maybe better!!!

The only jarring feature is the white buildings. If you want to optimise the versatility of adobes an earthen shade is a better choice because it occurs everywhere adobes are found, whilst white-washed structures have a more limited distribution.

Just excellent. I always enjoy your blog. I think you hit the sweet-spot in terms of practical gaming and excellence in modelling. You figures are painted to a high standard and your terrain looks the biz, but all is doable and practical for gaming at a scale beyond 10 figures running around a 4 foot table. While the latter might be what some prefer or can manage, I prefer grander manner gaming in the way you present it.

When isn't there trouble on the Northwest Frontier?!? evil grin

Beautiful terrain. Between you, Mad Guru, and General Pettygree, I'm getting motivated to get back into my (15mm) colonial project.
