If they are 1/144 that is close to 10mm. You should browse both Reaper CAV infantry and Dropzone Commander infantry. Both are 10mm so would offer the best chance to find something suitable.
I forgot to mention Pendraken also do a range of 10mm Sci-Fi infantry, so you might look at those as well. And the old Mechwarrior clicky game was also 10mm so their infantry might be suitable.

Hmmmm, the old range from the Babylon 5 TV show was 10mm.

The minis were very expensive back in the day, and are now OOP, but might be worth searching out.

You can also check the Heavy Gear infantry, they're 1/144 scale.

Unfortunately, it seems that Bandai only makes 1/100 Gundam Crew, no 1/144 scale troops or crew.

in addition to above

The Ironwind metals infantry has a scale creep issue so they are normally 8mm. They may work for your needs.

DP9 Heavy Gear already has 1/144 scale infantry.
But I'm not sure how easy it is to get any right now seeing as they're revamping their line in new material right now.

I'm guessing the infantry are remaining done in metal, but I could be wrong.
